DELIVERY/COLLECTION
OVERVIEW
- S&P Casuals fully appreciate the importance of delivery deadlines. That's why we have a wide and resourceful network of contacts in place, so as to ensure your satisfaction.
- All our deliveries are optimal, with factors such as location, size, weight and timescale all carefully taken into consideration.
- UK deliveries are completed within 3 working days and often leave our warehouse the same day as payment clears. All other deliveries are usually completed within 7 days.
- Orders can arrive between 7am and 9pm and will need to be signed for upon reciept.
- Exceptions to our standard service include events such as bank holidays etc.
- US delivery costs include duty.
COSTS
- UK deliveries cost £4.00 per carton.
- Northern Ireland deliveries cost £5.75 per carton.
- Republic of Ireland deliveries cost £5.75 per carton.
- International deliveries, along with their rates and timescales, are subject to a much wider range of factors and so, quotes are only determined at the time of ordering.
- Collection is also an option for any of our customers, who prefer to use their own courier service or are perhaps, in close vicinity to our premises. We'll happily provide you with information about your order, such as its weight and dimesions, so simply inform us when you wish to collect.
