Are all your products brand new?  From design through to delivery, our products are newly produced and packaged in our international premises.

Can you illustrate the quality of your products?  We can arrange for a representitive to visit you at your convenience, so as to present our products to you in person.  And should you prefer, we can make an appointment for you to come visit us.

Does your company have a hard copy catalogue? We produce 2 brochures per year (spring/summer & autumn/winter) and they're available upon request.

What is your unique selling point? Our in-house designs are original, current and available to you at a more cost effecient price than most of our competitors' comparable products. 

How many items and sizes are in a carton? Our cartons contain optimal colour/size ratios and they're listed by each style.



Is there a minimum order / purchase requirement? Our minimum order quantity is just 1 carton per style.

Do you sell to the public? Yes, provided our minimum order quantity is met and there is no conflict of interest with any of our existing customers.

Do you offer discounts for volume purchase? Yes. We strive to do mutually beneficial business with any and all of our customers.

How long before I receive my order?  UK orders arrive within 72 hours of payment clearance and often, they arrive the very next day. International deliveries usually arrive within 7 days.

Can orders be amended once they’re placed? Yes. We can usually accommodate such changes up to a certain point in the sales process.

Is there a charge for cancelling orders? No, so please don't fret!

Can I contact you about product availability or item specifics? We welcome any and all queries; please see our contact page for details.

Do you offer colour/size substitutions, so as to finalise orders? Whilst this is a rarity, we do whatever we can, whenever possible.

How do I order an item I saw on your website if I can no longer find it? Our 'Private Label' section features all our sold-out styles.



Which is the fastest payment method I can use? Debit/ credit card.

Do I need to submit my resale license information? No.

Which forms of payment do you accept; do you accept PayPal? With odd exceptions such as PayPal, we accept all payment methods.


Do you ship internationally and which shipping methods do you use? We use a network of couriers and resources for all deliveries.

What are your shipping rates? Please refer to our delivery page.

Is it possible to deliver orders to meet their deadlines?  Whilst we offer no guarantees, we do, with the odd exception, meet most of our customers deadlines. 

Do you offer drop shipping?  No.

When will my order ship?   Usually on the same day of payment clearance (if before 3pm).  Otherwise, the very next day.
